"First time at this restaurant chain, a very nice spot to eat in. My husband and I ordered from the Bowls section. 1 Lebanese Vegan bowl 1 Chicken Swarma bowl The food is delicious but the presentation was very sloppy. The food items were just plopped on top of eachother. For $35 I would look at the presentation of the food your serving, It made me feel like I was at a fast food place were people didnt care much about presentation. Also that the Bowls should big enough to fit everything neatly in them. I didn't like my food all mushed together. Other than that I would come back for the wraps."

"We ordered souvalki and donair wraps online and were very happy with both the quality and quality of what was in them. We found online ordering convenient and our orders were ready just as promised. The gentleman I dealt with was quite nice and the atmosphere of the shop helped me feel at home. The shop was clean, straight-forward and well organized, and though it feels a bit more austere than ideal for us, there was nothing wrong with it. "Surprisingly good food, excellent interior and super friendly staff. I really enjoyed my meal here; the food tastes good and it's decent value for the money. There was a constant stream of customers coming in and I can see why they can be popular. Lineups was not too long as these guys are efficient. Everything was sparkling clean. Give this place a try; you will like it. I like the people behind the counter at this location. They're personable, efficient and friendly. Parking is also perfect; just across from the library."

"Mezza is always my favorite pit stop on our way home,today was a bit odd..there was a mom and young boy infront of me who had placed their order and was waiting for it to be made. The 2 young girls must have been new as they were making the shawrma wraps without asking customers what they'd like on them, I didn't care because I like everything anyhow they had to remake the young boys wrap as he didn't want pickles. was a different experience as I've always been asked what I wanted on it . it was still delicious regardless,they just need to more mindful."
